These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LifePolicies Help website and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We provide: Information and assistance to help you explore life insurance options and connect with licensed agents or carriers (where applicable).

We do not provide: Legal, tax, or medical advice; and we are not an insurance carrier.

Important: Using the Services is at your own risk, and our liability is limited as described below.

1. Who we are

“LifePolicies Help” refers to the website and Services made available at lifepolicies-help.com. Depending on how you use the Services, we may provide educational content, general assistance, and introductions to licensed insurance agents or insurance carriers.

We are not an insurance carrier. Any insurance product is issued by the insurance company (carrier) and is subject to the carrier’s underwriting and approval.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the right and authority to enter into these Terms.

3. The Services

The Services may include (a) informational content about life insurance, (b) tools or forms to request quotes or assistance, and (c) the ability to speak with representatives, licensed agents, or carriers.

No guarantee of coverage or rates

Any quotes, estimates, or example premiums are for informational purposes only. Actual pricing and eligibility depend on underwriting, your application, and the carrier’s requirements.

Not legal, tax, or medical advice

Content provided through the Services is general information and is not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. You should consult appropriate professionals for advice specific to your situation.

4. Your responsibilities

When using the Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested.
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the Services.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your use of the Services.

5. Communications & consent

By submitting your information (such as your phone number or email), you authorize us and our partners (including licensed agents or carriers, where applicable) to contact you regarding your request, including via phone, email, or text message.

Marketing and opt-out

You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. For text messages (where applicable), you may opt out by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

If you do not want to be contacted, do not submit your contact information. Communications may be necessary to respond to your request and provide the Services.

6. Third-party services & carriers

The Services may link to third-party websites or services, or connect you with third parties (such as licensed agents or insurance carriers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

If you choose to apply for insurance, the carrier and/or agent may require additional terms, disclosures, and privacy practices. Your relationship for any insurance policy is with the carrier and/or licensed agent.

7. Intellectual property

The Services and all related content (text, graphics, logos, design, and software) are owned by LifePolicies Help or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including through malware or automated scraping.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LIFEPOLICIES HELP (AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifePolicies Help and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

12. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where our company is formed, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
